Attractive offers for the Crew – FACC presents Bonus Card

The established concessions of the works council team and new deals have now been united under one roof with the Bonus Card. The opportunities offered by the Bonus Card supplement the company’s existing employee benefits. Offers such as the additional day off work as a birthday present and the Summer Kindergarten are very popular at FACC.

The FACC Bonus Card portfolio currently includes around 40 benefits and is being expanded continuously. "We currently offer special deals such as that from the Geinberg Spa or articles from the FACC sportswear range, which are produced by Löffler and available from the FACC Shop," says Helmut Andexer, Vice President Human Resources at FACC. Befittingly, all employees also enjoy special terms at the Injoy fitness studio in Ried. In addition, this year has seen FACC’s first in-house fitness offering, such as the FACC outdoor training sessions. Crew members had the opportunity to complete a balanced program over seven weeks with qualified trainer Sebastian Esberger in the framework of the FACC outdoor training sessions. As another new feature, special offers are now available to FACC’s 130 or so international staff working in the Innviertel region. In cooperation with Star Movie in Ried/Tumeltsham, Bonus Card holders can also watch movies in their original English versions. "Many thanks to our partner companies who support us in implementing these benefits for the FACC Crew," says a very pleased Robert Machtlinger about the wide range of offers.

Well informed about the latest deals
Several information channels have been created to keep everyone well informed about the current FACC Bonus Card program. "We have bundled all the information in a separate online portal, where colleagues can inquire about the latest deals. In addition, we provide an e-mail newsletter that presents the latest news about the Bonus Card," says Helmut Andexer.
